Truck Suspension Checklist

1. Introduction

This guide explains how to use the Truck Suspension Checklist within the VSD Fleet Management System. The checklist helps in tracking the status of key suspension parts and marking them for inspection.

2. Accessing the Checklist

• Log into the VSD Fleet MS system using your credentials.

• Navigate to the "Truck Suspension Checklist" module under the VSD Fleet MS section.

3. Completing the Checklist

• To create a new checklist or view an existing one:

• Click New to create a new checklist.

You will see the following fields in the checklist:

• Suspension: Enter the name of the suspension part being inspected (e.g., Shock Absorber, Leaf Spring).

• Mark: Check the box if the suspension part has been inspected.
